No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for any reason.
Red Tag items are NEW with no defects. We don't sell used, seconds or defective wigs. These wigs may have been tried on but were exchanged because of customer personal preference. Sometimes our suppliers make mistakes and ship us a wig in the wrong color.

Unlike clothing stores that put items that have been tried on back on the shelves as new, we feel the items exchanged should not be sold as new. We have chosen to offer these items at drastically reduced prices rather than try to offer them as NEW wigs.

We're passing on the items at the lowest possible prices. You're happy for the great prices and we're able to keep our regular wigs at lower prices because we have keep our overhead costs down by not shipping items back to our suppliers.
